  I visited this Starbucks location on July 9. There were nine members in my party. When we walked in the door, I noticed a tense vibe. The manager barked at both trainees, one for filling the beans incorrectly and one because she needed to take our order. The poor girl tried her best to get our order right, but it was clear she was new. She didn’t know the names of drinks or where they were on the screen. But she informed us if anything was wrong, they’d be happy to remake it. However, when one person’s drink didn’t include peppermint, the manager ripped it out of their hand and passive aggressively squirted an absurd amount of peppermint in the drink. When my drink included chai syrup instead of vanilla, he rolled his eyes and told me I ordered wrong. I expect a higher caliber from a manager, especially with individuals going through training under his management. I was seriously disappointed in the lack of customer service and poor quality of drinks. And it was a high price to pay with nine customers...

  I go to this Starbucks location a lot. It's hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get immediate and warm service. Other times, the employees will ignore you for five minutes before unprofessionally yelling at a coworker in the back room to come out and take your order. While this should come as no surprise, this location employs a lot of uneducated and apathetic people of color who seem more interested in being loud and having fun than making a welcoming environment for guests. A huge and gaudy piece of modern art on the wall exhorts you to "Pour Your Heart into It," which inspires the employees to lazily pour coffee for minimum wage before getting back to gossiping about low-IQ banalities.

  Good coffee, friendly staff, plentiful seating and electrical plugs for charging. Big fan of the large wooden table with built-in plugs (both standard and USB) for charging. Very good place for getting work done. One wish: pads on the bottom of the chair legs so that they don't sound like dying elephants each time you pull one out from a table.

  The employees there are always welcoming. Since I am a regular customer they already know my order. During peak times the workers manage to get my order out very fast. I am always satisfied whenever I get something from here!

  I don't often come here, I only get the latte. The coffee is usually to strong or bitter. I came in today for a latte, and was surprised how shabby the restaurant looked and its a fairly new location . Behind the counters and all counterinsurgency and tables were sticky and dirty. The trash was overflowing and all the creamer jugs were empty as usual. For a company that seems to have their act together, I am surprised. Maybe it's a lack of staff or just people that like clean things. The flu is everywhere now to which makes it a breeding ground
